For more than 20 years, I've worked alongside youth, families, and adults, helping people overcome barriers, build confidence, and create better opportunities for themselves. Throughout my career in workforce development, higher education, and nonprofit organizations, I noticed a common challenge: many hardworking people were never taught how credit, budgeting, and personal finance actually work. That realization inspired me to create Inner Wealth Financial.
My mission is simple: to make financial education practical, engaging, and easy to understand. Whether I'm teaching a workshop in a classroom, speaking to a nonprofit organization, or working with individuals, my goal is to replace confusion with confidence and give people the tools they need to make informed financial decisions.
I specialize in helping people understand:
How credit scores really work
How to build and maintain excellent credit
How to reduce debt strategically
How to establish healthy financial habits
How to prepare for major financial goals such as buying a home, qualifying for financing, or creating long-term financial stability
My workshops are designed to be interactive, practical, and immediately useful. Participants leave with clear action steps they can begin using right away, not just information they'll forget the next day.
Professionally, I've spent more than two decades helping young adults and families achieve educational, employment, and life goals through my work with nonprofit organizations, colleges, and workforce development programs. Those experiences taught me that financial literacy is one of the most important life skills a person can develop.
Today, I partner with schools, colleges, churches, housing organizations, community agencies, and employers to deliver engaging financial literacy workshops that empower people to build stronger financial futures.
I also provide personalized credit education and consulting for individuals who want additional guidance implementing the strategies taught in my workshops.
My philosophy is simple:
When people understand how money and credit truly work, they gain more than a better credit score, they gain confidence, opportunities, and greater control over their future.
I look forward to helping your organization empower the people you serve.
